About the role
The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of university-wide strategic plans.
- Facilitate collaboration between academic departments and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and funding sources.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to higher education.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
