About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of university-wide strategic plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration between academic departments and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and funding sources.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to higher education.

    Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

    Schedule
