Sr. Administrative Assistant (Retirement Plan Services)
About the role
T. Rowe Price seeks a professional to provide support to senior leaders and senior individual contributors. This role involves handling confidential matters, scheduling appointments, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Screens calls and visitors, resolving inquiries.
- Schedules and maintains calendars of appointments and meetings.
- Anticipates and supports the needs of the person they support.
- Conducts administrative tasks such as material production, prep material packets, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences.
- Assists with special projects across multiple teams, including workstream participation.
- Conducts research for senior leaders or senior individual contributors, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information for reports and correspondence.
- Coordinates executive meetings, including logistics, collection and coordination of meeting materials, agenda creation, and recording meeting minutes.
- May assist in preparing correspondences, memoranda, and reports, copying and filing, and processing documentation of expenses and vouchers.
- Prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of total relevant work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Expense, and Travel reservation systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to support multiple individuals.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges
For the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers: $55,000.00 - $93,500.00
For the location of: Washington, D.C.: $60,500.00 - $103,000.00
For the location of: New York, California: $69,000.00 - $117,000.00
