Primary Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of confidential and complex administrative and support functions for the Deputy Director and Accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Significant experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries from the public and other employees.
- The ability to prioritize, direct, and organize tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Good knowledge of general office practices and procedures, along with excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to coordinate work among divisions, departments, citizens, and outside organizations to complete projects and reports for the Deputy Director and Accounting staff.
- Considerable experience in administrative work, preferably in a finance, accounting, treasury, or related business environment, supplemented with business school training or college level courses, is desirable OR any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
