Sr. Ad Operations Manager

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Ad Operations Manager to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success.

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor campaign performance and resolve delivery issues proactively
• Ensure execution quality through rigorous operational practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and optimize ad campaigns
• Provide technical and strategic guidance in client conversations
• Activate first-party audiences in privacy-compliant ways
• Evaluate new monetization opportunities and implement scalable workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
• Proven experience managing advertising across various channels including email and paid social
• Background in mobile apps, digital publishing, or media companies is preferred
• Deep knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) and programmatic advertising
• Familiarity with ad verification, measurement, and reporting platforms
• Understanding of privacy regulations and audience activation
• Proficient in analytics tools like Tableau

Pay

$110,000 – $170,000 annually
