About the role

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on data reporting for consistency across actuarial reserving, pricing, statistical reporting, data calls, Annual Statement, and other reporting.
- Prepare and maintain reports for regulators, Underwriting, Product, Programs, Claims, and other internal stakeholders once the Data Warehouse is built.
- Support new program onboarding into the Data Warehouse and reporting.
- Leverage the Data Warehouse to enhance actuarial pricing models, tools, and methodologies supporting underwriting decisions.
- Use Data Warehouse insights to help other teams improve their analytic and performance monitoring capabilities.
- Mentor junior analysts by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and supporting the actuarial student program.
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and trends to inform business decisions and product strategies.
