Sr. Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process for operational expenses
• Review balance account reconciliations and flux analyses
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting for new guidance integration
• Lead, mentor, and set clear expectations for direct reports
• Establish team workflows and enforce consistency and accuracy
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process
• Oversee corporate card and travel programs, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2-3+ years in a management role
• CPA required
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, including accrual accounting and lease accounting (ASC 842)
• Proficient in NetSuite, with preference for experience with Ramp and Navan
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders
• Public accounting and SaaS or tech industry experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong time management skills

Pay

$150,000 – $170,000 annually
