Sr Accountant, Technical Accounting (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Research and advise on technical accounting topics, including GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters.
• Prepare comprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex accounting issues.
• Affirmative action statement: Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team.
• Affirmative action statement: Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness.
• Affirmative action statement: Support internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives.
• Affirmative action statement: Facilitate coordination with internal and external counsel, as well as external auditors.

Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of growing responsibilities and related experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-priority, fast-paced environment and successfully implement change.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Workiva is an advantage.
