Sr. Accountant

Responsibilities

• Handle key month-end close tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules across cash, intercompany, FA, and expenses)
• Establish and refine accounting policies; recommend improvements
• Assist with audits by preparing support and responding to requests
• Analyze monthly financial fluctuations and explain results
• Partner cross-functionally to identify issues and streamline or automate processes

Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience (public or high-growth company preferred)
• CPA or pursuing CPA
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; able to research and explain technical issues
• Experience building efficient, scalable processes
• Self-driven in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Organized and able to work independently
