Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager

About the role

Predactiv is a data and technology company specializing in transforming data assets through a proprietary AI-driven platform. Predactiv collects and analyzes vast amounts of online data to help businesses understand consumer intent and optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals
• Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
• Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
• Work closely with HR on benefits and compensation
• Take ownership of the full cycle of subsidiary accounting
• Participate in the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast-moving environment
• Accounting and Payroll experience required
• Excellent skills using NetSuite
• Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• High standard of work ethic

Pay

We set standard salary ranges based on role, function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
