About the role
Predactiv is a data and technology company specializing in transforming data assets through a proprietary AI-driven platform. Predactiv collects and analyzes vast amounts of online data to help businesses understand consumer intent and optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals
- Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
- Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
- Work closely with HR on benefits and compensation
- Take ownership of the full cycle of subsidiary accounting
- Participate in the annual financial audit and corporate tax filing
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast-moving environment
- Accounting and Payroll experience required
- Excellent skills using NetSuite
- Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- High standard of work ethic
Pay
We set standard salary ranges based on role, function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
