Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

• San Jose, California: Base Pay $87,000 – $124,300 annually; Total Target Cash $174,000 – $248,600 annually.
• Chicago, Illinois: Base Pay $79,000 – $112,750 annually; Total Target Cash $158,000 – $225,500 annually.
• Austin, Texas: Base Pay $79,000 – $112,750 annually; Total Target Cash $158,000 – $225,500 annually.
• New York City, New York: Base Pay $87,000 – $124,300 annually; Total Target Cash $174,000 – $248,600 annually.
• Scottsdale, Arizona: Base Pay $75,000 – $107,250 annually; Total Target Cash $150,000 – $214,500 annually.
• Omaha, Nebraska: Base Pay $75,000 – $107,250 annually; Total Target Cash $150,000 – $214,500 annually.

Schedule

PayPal’s balanced hybrid work model offers three days in the office for effective in‑person collaboration and two days that can be spent either at a PayPal office location or working from home.
