Sr Account Manager-Phoenix

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager at Fiserv, you will have enterprise-wide responsibility for ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to your assigned client. You will manage and develop operational relationships, requiring an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out the account plan.
• Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit.
• Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities.
• Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, including incident response, process improvement, and developing/maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Project Management experience.
• Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues.
