Sr. Account Manager, ISV
About the role
The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for setting the long-term growth strategy and partnership with customers building foundation models, inference platforms, and AI applications. In addition to being customers, these companies partner with AWS as ISVs and have multiple go-to-market goals.
Responsibilities
- Team with all aspects of the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales teams.
- Drive adoption of AWS AI/ML infrastructure including GPU and custom silicon solutions for training and inference workloads.
- Position cost-optimized compute architectures to support rapid scaling and experimentation.
- Enable technical migrations and workload optimization across diverse chip architectures.
- Support go-to-market partnerships and joint customer success initiatives.
- Navigate complex technical requirements for model training, fine-tuning, and inference deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of tech sales experience to enterprise customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with AWS technologies.
Skills
- Skills required to build relationships across an account include creative systems thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address all AI ISV customer needs.

Pay
Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
