Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Cotality solutions and services within an assigned territory or industry vertical.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving new growth.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and engage prospective clients.
- Identify relevant products, solutions, and services to meet customer needs; ensure alignment with use cases.
- Create and manage client relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, influencers, and partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and advocate for Cotality's capabilities.
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to the client, sharing their perspective and feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Manage follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Client Services as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 7+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a solutions sales role with a proven track record of facilitating, negotiating, and closing successful transactions.
- Experience in solution selling, strong influencing and negotiation skills, consultative and collaborative style, and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills, independent decision-making capabilities, and the ability to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective listening skills, and the ability to consolidate and succinctly translate and relay market/client feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and planning abilities, able to effectively prioritize and manage through competing priorities.
- Sound business, financial, and technical acumen, deep competitive/market awareness, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.

Pay
Annual Pay Range: $72,000 - $90,000 USD
