Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
  • Experience with sales targets, business development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of contact center operations management with progressively increased responsibility.
  • Experience selling cloud solutions to Telco customers.
