About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue through the acquisition and growth of high-value, strategic accounts. This is a performance-driven, outside sales role for an experienced professional who brings an existing network and a proven ability to close large, consultative deals. You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of closing $10K–$100K+ deals
- Leverage your existing relationships and industry network to generate new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and account expansion
- Identify and sell comprehensive solutions, including: Branded environments, Wall murals & office graphics, Event and experiential signage, Multi-location programs
- Build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closing $10K–$100K+ deals
- Experience selling to corporate clients, agencies, or institutions
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Preferred Experience
- Existing book of business or established industry relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000+ (based on experience)
Uncapped commission (OTE: $100K – $200K+)
Performance-based bonuses
