What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
- Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
- Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
- Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Be Measured
- This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment.
- Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30-day sales cycle.
- Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume.
Location
Based in our Orlando office, this onsite, market-facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven success in a quota-carrying role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong judgment
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Track record of high performance
Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is $100,000–$110,000 annually, with a target bonus of $30,000–$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential.
