SQL Server Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server.Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.Develop and maintain indexes, triggers, and database objects.Analyze execution plans and troubleshoot slow-running queries.Design database schemas, tables, relationships, and constraints.Implement data integrity, security, and access control.Support database troubleshooting, debugging, and production issues.Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, QA, and reporting teams.Participate in database deployments, code reviews, and documentation. Required Skills (Must-Haves) 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server ( mandatory and no substitution of Oracle or other DBs).7+ years’ experience with Data modeling and database design.7+ years’ experience in developing of DB objects like tables, views, complex stored procedures, and user defined functions.7+ years’ experience with performance tuning of SQL Queries.3+ years’ Agile developmentExperience with Tableau reportingExperience with ETLStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.Excellent knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.Experience developing stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.Strong understanding of indexing, execution plans, and query optimization.Experience with database design, normalization, and relational database concepts.Knowledge of transactions, locking, blocking, and deadlock troubleshooting.Experience with database backup, recovery, and performance monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
