About the role

Provide comprehensive flight training in various aircraft types including PPL, CPL, IR, and CFI certifications. Offer both ground and flight instruction tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach private pilot licenses (PPL), commercial pilot licenses (CPL), instrument ratings (IR), and flight instructor certificates (CFI).
• Offer ground school and flight instruction for private, instrument, commercial, and sport pilots.
• Prepare students for FAA checkrides and provide personalized training and checkride prep.
• Train on various aircraft types including single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft.
• Teach advanced ground courses and instrument rating (IR) training.
• Offer flight reviews (BFR) and flight instructor endorsements (CFI/CFII/MEI).

Requirements

• Valid pilot license and instructor certificate in relevant aircraft type.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Experience in flight training and aviation education.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flight instructing experience.
• Completion of relevant aviation courses and certifications.
• Pass a background check and meet FAA medical requirements.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
