Sprinkler Service Foreman

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Service Foreman to lead and manage fire sprinkler service projects with excellence, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily service operations on fire sprinkler systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test existing fire sprinkler systems
• Supervise and mentor technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with codes and standards
• Cook up schedules, materials, and workflow to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of fire sprinkler service experience
• NICET certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire codes
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A team player with a “get it done” attitude
