About the role
Ahern has an exciting opportunity for a Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman located in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will perform maintenance, service, and new installation work on fire sprinkler systems in a wide range of settings, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, and food processing plants. This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement. It offers a great opportunity to apply your technical expertise while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with Ahern clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, service, and new installation work on fire sprinkler systems
- Work across diverse settings including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, and food processing plants
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Wisconsin Licensed Service Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman
- Working as a journeyman through UA Local 669
- Experience leading construction projects in diverse industries OR experience as a fire sprinkler service technician for a previous employer
