Spring Training Complex Grounds Crew

Temporary part-time position with the City of Goodyear Parks & Recreation department.

About the role

This recruitment fills Grounds Crew staff positions for the Spring Training & Player Development home of the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds. The assignment length will vary. Crew members assist full-time Ballpark staff with field and landscape maintenance, janitorial duties, non-sporting event setup and breakdown, and other assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate must thrive in a high work-volume environment and be flexible with work schedules.

Work location: 2717 S Wood Blvd, Goodyear, AZ 85338.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field and landscape maintenance
• Perform janitorial duties
• Set up and break down non-sporting events
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Ability to work afternoons and weekends

$19.00 hourly
