Spring 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

This Spring Internship offers a paid opportunity at $17/hour for a university/college student to build valuable business and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Located in the Florence area, the internship provides real-world professional experience, allowing interns to take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in daily tasks filled with new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities, including marketing strategy development.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 2027.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Schedule

• Start date: February 5th, 2027.
• Availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment.

Pay

$17 per hour.
