Spring 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

This paid internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As an Enterprise Management Intern, you’ll take on the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role pays $17/hour and is located at one of our Augusta, GA locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers while handling daily, varied responsibilities.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 2027.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to start February 2nd, 2027.
• Must commit to working 25 hours per week for 10-12 weeks.

Pay

$17 per hour.

Schedule

25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment, starting February 2nd, 2027.
