Spring 2027 Management Trainee Internship

About the role

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow, and have fun.

This role is located at our Bluffton, SC location and pays $18/hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding, and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. You’ll have the chance to:

• Develop the skills needed to manage a fleet of vehicles
• Take care of customers
• Develop marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers

Requirements

• Current college/university student graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in May 2027
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be available to start February 2nd, 2027
• Must have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment

Schedule

25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment, starting February 2nd, 2027.

Pay

$18/hour.
