Please note: This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit as compensation for this internship. Candidates selected to move forward in the interview process will need to submit proof of eligibility to receive academic credit for their time interning with THE·TEAM, and will be disqualified if they are unable to do so. Duties Support the Operations department of THE·TEAM's Team Sports divisionScan, file, and track Talent tax formsPrepare expense reports and assist with obtaining receipts as neededPrepare client payment summariesReview contracts and prepare summariesAssist Client Services team with projects as neededVarious administration duties as assigned Requirements Degree currently in progress, preferably majoring in a sports-related fieldExceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsWell-developed communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as basic administrative skillsAbility to work independently in a fast paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlinesStrong attention to detail and highly organizedDisplays indications of being loyal and trustworthy with the organization and clientsWell-developed analytical and problem solving skillsTime commitment expectation of 15-20 hours per weekMust be able to come into our LA or Chicago based office 1-2x per weekMust be able to earn college credit for internship THE·TEAM does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
