Spring 2027 Internship Program - Kearney Technology Group Internship

About the role

Kearney & Company is seeking students for the Kearney Technology Group (KTG) Spring Internship Program. This dynamic experience includes teamwork on federal client sites, contributing to and learning about the workplace, and building a professional network. Interns will participate in an Intern-led company-wide community service project. Depending on the engagement, some audits may require travel throughout the United States and the DC metropolitan area.

As a KTG Intern, you will work with audit teams to leverage data analytics, improving audit efficiency and quality. This role offers involvement in both financial and operational management and data analytics processes, allowing you to make an immediate impact while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams to apply data analytics for improved audit efficiency and quality.
• Engage in financial and operational management processes.
• Support the establishment and growth of client relationships.
• Participate in an Intern-led company-wide community service project.
• Travel to client sites within the U.S. and the DC metropolitan area as required by specific audits.

Requirements

• Must currently be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (or pursuing a 5th year) in an accredited college/university.
• Working toward a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, or a related IT field.
• Must have been a 2026 Summer Kearney & Company Intern.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $18 and $28/hour. This range represents base pay only and does not include overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week. Actual compensation will be determined based on specific experience, work location, previous internship experience with Kearney, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
