About the program
Fox News Media operates the FOX News Channel (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio, FOX News Books, the direct-to-consumer digital streaming services FOX Nation and FOX News International, and the newly announced platform FOX Weather. Currently the number one network in all of cable, FNC has been the most watched television news channel for 20 consecutive years, while FBN ranks among the top business channels on cable. Owned by FOX Corporation, FOX News Media reaches 200 million people each month.
The FOX Internship Program is for motivated college students who are passionate about the news and media industry. Students are paid to gain real-world work experience with guidance from top media professionals and are assigned to a department that matches their skill set, work experience, and career aspirations.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
- Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above
- Strong academic record
- Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
- Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site for on-site opportunities
- Must be able to work on-site in New York
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the company and media industry (for students selected to move forward in the interview process)
- Upon acceptance, must provide a copy of an unofficial transcript or letter from adviser/registrar showing proof of enrollment
Schedule
- General Application Deadline: Sunday, November 22, 2026
- Program Timeline: Monday, February 8, 2027 – Friday, April 16, 2027
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 16–24 hours per week

Responsibilities
As a Fashion Intern, you will work closely with our professional styling team to support on-air talent, promotional shoots, and daily wardrobe operations. This role is ideal for students who thrive behind the scenes and are excited to learn every aspect of fashion styling for television.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in fashion styling for television, media, or live production
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable with a “no task too small” mindset
- Trend-aware with a creative eye for styling and presentation
- Comfortable working behind the scenes and supporting a collaborative team
- Basic sewing or tailoring skills a plus

Pay
The pay rate for this role is $20.00 per hour (final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location).
