About the role

Happy Egg is a Northwest Arkansas brand dedicated to producing richer yolks and more flavorful eggs through specialty breeds, high‑quality feed, and partnerships with stores. Headquartered in Rogers, AR with 120 employees, they emphasize an extra dose of “Happy” at every step from farm to kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Building and refining AI agents and workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and tools for category, retail, and sales analytics
• Partnering with the Insights & Analytics team to identify where AI can streamline day‑to‑day work
• Running weekly and monthly reports

• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and figuring out how to apply them to real problems

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar)
• Currently taking, or have recently completed, coursework focused on AI, with hands‑on experience using platforms like Claude or ChatGPT
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• You’re a Happy Person – Happy Eggs and Happy Hens require Happy team members

Schedule
