Spray Application
The Spray Technician is responsible for applying chemicals as directed.
Chemical Safety
Ensures adherence to chemical safety protocols.
Communication
- Communicates in English and Spanish orally and in writing.
Education and Experience
- Has or can obtain a Qualified Applicator Level (QAL).
- Basic knowledge of plant material.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously.
- Continuous work throughout the day.
- Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks.
- Some overtime and weekend work required.
- Ability to work in extreme conditions including high temperatures (exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Work near or around natural bodies of water.
- Work in direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Work Environment
- Work in or about situations near direct automotive traffic.
