Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding.
• Operate and maintain turf care equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect and diagnose lawn issues, recommending appropriate treatments.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a passion for lawn and turf care.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
