About the role

The Spray Technician is a critical part of our team, responsible for the safe application of liquid fertilizer and herbicides in adherence to all local and state regulations.

• Adhere to Company’s safety policy and ensure public safety while in contact with crews.
• Set up truck daily with all equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Assist with aeration and seeding during the fall.
• Supervise and plan routines on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of spray technician or similar experience is preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Safety focus and excellent attendance record.
• Must be CO3 certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Pay

$22-$28 per hour, plus full benefits package.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM.
