Position Summary
Ensure spray and/or necker machines are operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
- Aid in the operation of spray and/or necker equipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform daily maintenance plans and audits of machines/housekeeping according to maintenance plan.
- Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs).
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment and assemblies.
- Assist Spray/Necker Specialist with repair of defective parts.
- Perform routine quality checks at the appropriate stage of production.
- Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Engineering or Technical Degree preferred.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail preferred.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environmental protection regulations.

- Ability to work in an environment that can become loud and very hot (temperature) depending on the weather.
