Spray Foam Technician

What You’ll Do as a Spray Foam Insulation Tech

• Receive work orders for the day, including job details and necessary materials.
• Introduce yourself to the homeowner and check in halfway through the job to provide updates and answer questions.
• Take photos of the work for recordkeeping purposes once the installation is complete.
• Ensure the job site is free from debris and your truck is neatly packed after the installation.
• Final check-in with the homeowner for any final needed touch-ups.

What We’re Looking for in a Spray Foam Insulation Tech

• Minimum of two years working with spray foam insulation in a professional capacity.
• A high level of integrity and work ethic.
• A professional and polite attitude.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving/insurance record.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and organizational skills.
• An attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Travel between job sites and to the office in a company truck.
• Often working in small, dark, and damp areas.
• Able to handle weather conditions based on the season.
• Physical requirements: carrying, climbing, crawling, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking.

The Drying Company is a family-owned Home Performance Contractor, specializing in attics, basements, crawl spaces, foundation repair, and gutters. Founded in 2002, we serve homeowners and businesses throughout Hampton Roads, Greater Richmond, and the Virginia Peninsula.

$55,000-$85,000 (Base hourly pay + bonuses built into each job)
