Spray Fireproofing and Spray Insulation Installer (Sprayer)

Spray Fireproofing Installers and Spray Foam Insulation installers are needed for full-time positions. This role involves managing all aspects of daily crew operations, including jobsite management, inventory control, and delivery and installation of products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the crew works safely and effectively at all times.
• Install materials in new and existing buildings according to project specifications.
• Prepare job sites by unloading equipment and positioning hoses for installation.
• Pull hoses in and out of trucks, up and down ladders, and use ropes to lift/lower hoses as needed.
• Install protective curtains (plastic or tarps) and mask off areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors) to prevent overspray.
• Apply material evenly and consistently to specified depths, ensuring full coverage and adherence to work orders without exceeding material estimates.
• Supervise team members to complete installations and other necessary tasks.
• Opportunity for cross-training in Fireproofing, Spray Foam Insulation, and Sprayed Acoustic Insulation applications.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial construction setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Must pass background check and drug test screening.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical labor and strenuous tasks.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Adherence to established guidelines, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented with a focus on timely and accurate work completion.

Schedule

• 1st shift (day shift).
• Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.
