We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: - About the role? There's a paragraph "Join a Company That Grows People At Lewis, we're not just trimming trees — we're building a future..." That's like an intro. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to include based on content. We have: - Intro paragraph: "Join a Company That Grows People At Lewis, we're not just trimming trees — we're building a future. As the second-largest utility vegetation management company in North America and a proud employee-owned business, we believe every person on our team matters. When you join Lewis, you're not just taking a job — you're investing in your future. Why You'll Love It Here Experience the great outdoors while working in nature, not stuck behind a desk!Elevate your career with us — we prioritize training and internal promotions!Join a vibrant team that champions safety, values your feedback, and fosters a strong sense of camaraderie!Shape your future with us through our fantastic Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)!" That's basically a "Why You'll Love It Here" section. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe "Benefits"? But we have separate Benefits later. The intro includes reasons to love it: outdoors, training, team, ESOP. Could be placed under a heading like "About the role" or maybe "Why You'll Love It Here". However instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings. We have Responsibilities (clear list). Qualifications (list). Benefits (list). Pay (explicit: Competitive pay ($21.00-26.00/hour) $500 Sign-on Bonus). Schedule? Not mentioned. Skills? Not explicit separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? But we should only include sections when there is real specific content. We have Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Also maybe "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph. That seems appropriate. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Certified Pesticide Technician/Applicator". Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes a lot of EEO text and Spanish posting duplicate. We need to remove those. Also remove duplicated lines (the Spanish version is duplicate content; we should keep only English? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Spanish posting is essentially a duplicate of the English content but in Spanish. It's duplicated lines (though language different). Should we remove it? Likely yes, as it's duplicated content (same info in another language). So we keep only the English version. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, intro. We need to format:

But note the intro has no punctuation between sentences; we can keep as is. Then Responsibilities:

But note that some of these are long sentences; we might want to keep them as list items. However the instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can treat the qualifications as a list. However some items are not simple bullet but contain sub-bullets (like Physical Demands). We could keep them as list items with the text as is. But we need to ensure we don't include duplicated content like "Ensure compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations." appears twice (once in Qualifications list and also earlier). We'll keep only one. We also have Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Non-Union Benefits
    • Competitive pay ($21.00-26.00/hour)
    • $500 Sign-on Bonus
    • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
    • Paid training and industry certifications
    • Health, dental, vision & HSA options
    • 401(k) + Paid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
But note that "Non-Union Benefits" is a heading inside benefits list; maybe we should treat as a list item? Actually the posting says: "What We Offer Non-Union Benefits Competitive pay ($21.00-26.00/hour) $500 Sign-on Bonus Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid training and industry certifications Health, dental, vision & HSA options 401(k) + Paid time off and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)" Thus we could make a
      with each benefit as
    • . The "Non-Union Benefits" could be a
    • or we could make a

      Benefits

      and then a

describing Non-Union Benefits then list. But instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can make a

for benefits list. The phrase "Non-Union Benefits" could be a list item. Pay: The posting already includes pay in benefits list; but we also have a separate Pay section maybe. However we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state pay: Competitive pay ($21.00-26.00/hour) $500 Sign-on Bonus. So we could either include Pay as a separate section with that detail, or include it under Benefits. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay into Benefits. But we also have a Benefits section already. If we include Pay as separate, we would have two thin sections. Better to include Pay within Benefits. However the instruction says use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If we include Pay, we need a heading. But we could decide to not include Pay heading because we already have Benefits that includes pay info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating a Pay section if we can incorporate pay into Benefits. So we will not create a separate Pay heading. Schedule: Not mentioned, so omit. Skills: Not explicit separate; we could omit. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, Spanish posting, etc. We need to check that we didn't inadvertently include lines like "People Promise Our People Promise..." etc. That's boilerplate; we must remove. We must also remove duplicated lines like "Ensure compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations." appears multiple times; we should keep only one instance. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: The responsibilities list we captured seems complete. The qualifications list we
