Spot Welder/Assembler
About the role
Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Spot Welder/Assembler. Operate spot welding and assembly equipment to attach hardware and components to metal stamped parts while ensuring every piece meets our high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components according to production specifications
- Set up and configure welding and assembly jobs with guidance as needed
- Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and replace worn electrodes or tips
- Inspect parts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications
- Record production and welding activity in the ERP system
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work orders and production specifications
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, handle, and move materials as required
- Previous welding, assembly, or machine operator experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting up to 65lbs
- Bend, reach, and handle parts throughout the shift
- Frequent handling of parts and machine components
- Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Pay
$19.80 per hour base. Relevant experience may increase starting wage up to $20.80 per hour.
Schedule
- Shift 1: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
