Essential Job Functions
- Follow safety and environmental procedures
- Come to work everyday, on time as scheduled
- Proficient communication skills
- Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts
- Examine welds and unload parts to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality
- Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system
- Use of spot weld technology
- Load, setup, operate spot welding equipment
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep spot welder running smoothly and reduce downtime
- Examine weld during welding process
- Inspect and green tag first piece
- Execute scheduling board
- Able to use motorized walking stacker
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operator cranes, overhead hoists
- Proficient and basic math and computer skills
