Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps guests coming back for the next big game.Welcome and assist both experienced sports bettors and first-time guests, creating a fun and inclusive environment.Accurately accept, process, and redeem sports wagers while handling cash and transactions with integrity.Become knowledgeable about sportsbook offerings, betting options, promotions, and responsible gaming practices.Answer guest questions and help them make informed wagering decisions in a friendly and professional manner.Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.Follow all company policies, procedures, and Gaming Control Board regulations to ensure compliance at all times.Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation according to company and regulatory standards.Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to create a positive and successful work environment.Support daily sportsbook operations and assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older.High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a professional environment.Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform simple math calculations accurately and efficiently.Ability to remain professional, detail-oriented, and organized in a fast-paced environment.Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Non-Key Gaming Permit and any other gaming licenses required by applicable jurisdictions.Commitment to following all company policies, gaming regulations, and responsible gaming practices.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks that may involve bending, twisting, and repetitive writing.Comfortable working in an environment where smoking may be present.
