Sportsbook Ticket Writer - Full Time (AVI)

About the role

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of William Hill U.S.'s retail operation. Your primary responsibilities include providing high-level customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome, and helping customers make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Help advise and answer customer questions about sports betting options
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sports betting terminology and rules
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license (for those working evenings or weekends)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Pass a background check
