About the role

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be the face of William Hill U.S.'s retail operation. Your primary responsibilities include providing high-level customer service to both regulars and "novice bettors," ensuring everyone feels welcome at the sports book(s). You will also help advise and answer customer questions to assist them in making informed, responsible decisions regarding their sports wagering.
