Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations verifying funds on property.
• Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius.
• Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk.
• Become familiar with betting options and engage customers in conversations about them.
• Provide top-tier customer service.
• Adhere to all company and government regulations.
• Maintain sports betting equipment.
• Assist in managing day-to-day sports book activities, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff.
• Foster an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family-style service.
• Collaborate positively with team members and leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.).
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements set by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse activities while prioritizing responsibilities.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at short notice.
• Reliable transportation.
