Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
• Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius
• Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
• Become familiar with betting options and engage customers in conversations about them
• Provide top-tier customer service
• Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the company and government agencies
• Maintain sports betting equipment
• Assist and manage day-to-day activities of the sports book, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff
• Foster an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family-style service
• Work collaboratively as a positive team member with other team members and leadership
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.)
• Ability to perform simple math
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting
• Flexible availability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities

• 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at a moment's notice
• Reliable transportation
