Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nutrition care for athletes and active patients
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized, performance-focused meal plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients, teams, and families on fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust nutrition plans accordingly
- Document all activities in the EMR system
- Contribute to wellness and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Dietitian certification
- Strong knowledge of sports nutrition and performance enhancement
- Excellent communication and educational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Professional growth mindset and adaptability
