Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, and other advanced recovery modalities to members.
- Conduct and sell private and small group recovery training sessions, achieving revenue objectives through complimentary sessions, recovery booths, seminars, and workshops.
- Ensure accurate setup and tracking of client programs, including dotFIT supplement profiles, measurement tracking, and customized workout/recovery plans.
- Actively engage with members on the gym floor, encourage involvement in the recovery corner, and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Arrive early and fully prepared for all client appointments, manage scheduling efficiently, and maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming recovery environment.
Requirements & Certifications
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Physical Therapist (PT), or possess equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding).
