Sports Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Train clients using Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Achieve accurate administration of Client Programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout and recovery programs.
• Ensure all appointments are attended to on time and prepared.
• Assist members in utilizing the gym’s facilities and resources.
• Conduct complimentary workouts, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide Manual Therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, or other recovery modalities to members.
• Encourage member involvement in private training and recovery programs.
• Support the overall revenue-generating activities of the gym.

Requirements

• Licensed massage therapist (LMT), Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist OR have experience with recovery modalities.
• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• A friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
