Our facilities team is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join a highly successful team of more than 50 sports staff dedicated to ensuring that an NTU student’s lifestyle is much more than lectures and lie-ins. You will work across two high-quality sport sites featuring a range of facilities including a Climbing Wall, Sports Hall, Squash Courts, 3G pitch, Grass Pitches, and Fitness Suites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all enquiries regarding sports facilities and fitness suites
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times with a flexible and professional approach
• Manage front-of-house operations for all NTU customers
• Assist with telephone and booking enquiries
• Enroll new members and process bookings and payments
• Use a computerised booking system
• Provide administrative support
• Set up sports equipment

Requirements

• Reliable and conscientious with excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
