Sports Information Assistant/Coordinator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute multimedia content, including video, audio, photography, graphics, campaigns and events.
• Provide game-day oversight for athletic contests.
• Work with administration on community support efforts.
• Support oversight of the Fitness Centers, Dance studio, and drop-in classes, as needed.
• Assist Department of Athletics, Recreation and Wellness with Open House marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create digital content that aligns with the university’s messaging, brand and goals.
• Work with CCRI Marketing Team on website content and new marketing materials for CCRI Athletics and Recreation.
• Provide support and input for recreation and wellness programs, as needed, in collaboration with the Director of Athletics, Recreation and Wellness.

Minimum Requirements

• Associates Degree
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the ability to learn new platforms and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in sports production or sports creative content creation
