Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling promotional vacation packages that include a required Sports Illustrated Resorts Club sales presentation
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, Special Event Performance Expectations
• Set and review weekly performance goals

Schedule

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday from 10:15am to 5:00 pm with Saturday and Sunday Off -- potential to work one Saturday per month based on business needs.

Pay

The SI Vacation Events Incentive Plan includes weekly hourly pay and paid training, plus commission. Yearly earning potential: $62,000 - $100,000+.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Training: Successful completion of onboarding training; remain up to date on required courses; participate in coaching sessions
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong client focus; sales‑minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience); ability to overcome objections; ability to work in a goal‑ and performance‑based environment
• Technical Skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
• Job Experience: Minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in a production‑driven environment (experience may be accepted for the education requirement unless a legal requirement applies)
• Location: Candidates must be located in the Orlando, FL area, or within a 50‑mile radius.
