About the role

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a presence within the sports and entertainment real estate space while earning rewarding commissions and developing long-term relationships within a highly specialized segment of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced real estate agents who understand the importance of professionalism, communication, discretion, and service when working with athletes, entertainers, executives, and other high-profile clients.
• Create and maintain relationships that generate long-term business opportunities.
• Learn how to build trust, strengthen relationships, and position yourself within a niche that is driven by reputation and referrals.
• Build a strong network through community involvement, events, introductions, referrals, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

• Already have connections within sports or entertainment or are looking to build them over time.
• Enjoy networking, relationship building, and creating opportunities through consistent outreach and meaningful connections.

• Experience in real estate is not required but a passion for the industry is essential.

$160,000 at plan commissions
