About the role
We help build the places where athletes compete, fans create memories, and communities come together. Our team enjoys hunting, fishing, racing, sports, camping, and spending time with family. We work hard together, travel together, and celebrate wins together.
Responsibilities
- Installing large sports netting systems, fencing, and structural components
- Reading blueprints and project layouts
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Proper trailer loading and equipment maintenance
- Concrete terminology and installation techniques
- Safe jobsite practices and construction methods
- Working alongside experienced sports construction professionals
- Travel approximately 75% of the time to sports venues across the United States
- Install poles, cables, netting, fencing, and related systems
- Work safely in a variety of weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers
- Read tape measures and levels accurately
- Help keep jobsites organized and professional
- Work overtime and occasional weekends when projects require it
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors
- Experience with construction or power tools is helpful, but not required
- OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications are a plus
